Over a 48-hour span, Mediamazing worked off of adrenaline and laughs as they produced their first short film for the 48 Hour Film Project. Travis and Bridget led an 11-member team tasked with making a romantic film with the following required elements: a character named R. Thomas, who was an athlete; a ring as a prop; and the following line of dialogue: “Have you been here before?”

Beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 8th, Mediamazing scripted, shot and edited in various locations in North Saint Paul. With production wrapped by 6:30 p.m. Sunday, “Fred & July” made its big screen debut with favorable reviews at the Riverview Theater on June 14th.
