Farmer and the Fish Monger Chats with Jason Derusha and Heather Brown

Farmer and the Fish Monger is a new restaurant in the Apple Valley that combines locally sourced ingredients with a reimagined traditional steakhouse. To help promote the restaurant, Chef Dan Bennett and local farmer Tom Smude of Smude Oil appeared on WCCO-TV’s Mid Morning to discuss the restaurant and their partnership with The Farmers Collective.
